Shipping and delivery

We used to work with UPS & DHL.
Shipping usually takes between 3 and 5 days depending on country, but may take up to 7 days for some destinations. More specific shipping days can be found under our help section and shipping information. Please follow this link.
Payments
In all countries we accept credit cards and Paypal.
The shipping cost not include customs, duties and taxes. We ship international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
Online order
You cannot cancel your order yourself but we can of course help you. The order can only be canceled before it has shipped and before our warehouse has started working with the order. After that we cannot guarantee a cancellation. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have requested a cancellation after the order has shipped, you must return it for a refund instead.
If you place an order you should receive order confirmation with an number, and often end up being marked as email spam.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 -5 days according to your shipping method If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder.
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.
Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any modification.
The only way to change your shipping address is to call at the carrier with your track number.
Once the package has been returned to our Warehouse, we will reach out to the customers in regards to any address issues. Once the package is returned to us, please allow 2-4 business days to reship.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes without the shipping cost.
No. Exchanges are only for the same items for change your size.
To exchange or return an item, please login to your account, go to the section ‘Orders’ and select the order concerned. Then select ‘Returns/Exchanges” and follow the instructions.
Unfortunately, you are responsible for return shipping.
