We work with UPS.

When can I expect delivery of my order ?

The usual processing time is between 3/5 business days depending on the country.

Occasionally, during periods of high order volume like promotion or Christmas holidays the shipment process can be delayed.

How can I track my order ?

We will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed.
The tracking number is sent during the shipment confirmation and often it ends up on the spam folder.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept ?

In all countries we accept Visa, Mastercard, American express and PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged ?

If you pay by credit card you will be charged once your order has been dispatched.
However, orders placed with PayPal are debited immediately.

Can I use multiple methods of payment ?

We only accept one type of payment per order.

Is VAT included in the final price and how do I claim VAT back ?

All prices include VAT. We are unable to provide a tax refund service online.

Does the shipping cost include the customs duties ?

Please note that for all international orders shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unaid) Import duties are not included in the final price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable custom duties.

Online order

Do I need to set up an account to order online ?

You do not need to create an account to shop at DRÔLE DE MONSIEUR , but we recommend that you do. If you set up an account you can register returns or exchanges, to have access to the Wishlist and save your information which will make it easier to check out next time you shop online with us.

How will I know if you received my order ?

You automatically receive a confirmation order and often it ends up on the spam folder.

Can I modify or cancel my order ?

Unfortunately, once you order has been placed, we are unable to make any modification.

Please note, that the order can only be cancelled before the warehouse has been started working on the order and before the shipment. In that case we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

When the order has been shipped and you have requested a cancellation. Once you’ll receive your order you have to return it for a refund. Please, refer to the return instructions.

My order has been declined; do I need to place a new order ?

Return and Exchanges

What is your return policy ?

We will refund or exchange you purchase only if your order is returned on its original condition and with the tag still attached.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse return items that does not meet the above returns obligations.

How many days do I have to return a product ?

Returns must be made within 14 business day after delivery.

How do I exchange or return an item ?

To exchange or return an item, please login to you Drôle de Monsieur account and go to the section orders to select the order concerned. Last, select “Return/Exchanges” and follow the instructions.

Please note that exchanges are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your new order.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued ?

The refund would be issuing once our warehouse will have received and inspected your return item(s). From that moment your account will be credited within 10/14 days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

Will I have to pay for return shipping ?

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
However, when it’s an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item.

Please note, that you can exchange your item only once. If you ever want to exchange it a second time the shipping cost would be at your charge.

Can I exchange for another product ?

Unfortunately, exchanges are only for the same items for changing the size.

What should I do if an item I want is unavailable ?

If an item you like or the size your looking for is sold out, you can sign up to the stock alert available on each product page to be notified of any re-stock.

How do I care for the items that I purchased ?

Each item has specific care instruction in the wash label that you have to follow strictly/carefully.
